- Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 7th edition of Bihar Khelo India Youth Games 2025 through a video message on 4th May. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Union Sports Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya addressed the opening ceremony at Pataliputra Sports Complex in Patna.
- Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched India’s first Genome-edited Rice varieties. These two varieties will increase the yield which reduce cost in the field of Paddy Agriculture.
- Election Commission will soon launch a single-point App ECINET for stakeholders. The new one-stop platform ECINET will integrate which will reorient over 40 of EC’s existing mobile and web applications.
