  1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 7th edition of Bihar Khelo India Youth Games 2025 through a video message on 4th May. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Union Sports Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya addressed the opening ceremony at Pataliputra Sports Complex in Patna.
  2. Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched India’s first Genome-edited Rice varieties. These two varieties will increase the yield which reduce cost in the field of Paddy Agriculture.
  3. Election Commission will soon launch a single-point App ECINET for stakeholders. The new one-stop platform ECINET will integrate which will reorient over 40 of EC’s existing mobile and web applications.
