1. Prime Minister Modi emphasizes on determining quality in governance through welfare schemes’ reach and impact among people; Urges Civil servants to keep a close eye on global challenges. PM Modi said this on the occasion of the 17th Civil Services Day in New Delhi.

2. India’s first Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor (PFBR), located in Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu, is set to be commissioned by September 2026. Which set a example of pivotal advancement in the nation’s nuclear energy ambitions. This 500 MW reactor, developed by Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam (BHAVINI). It represents the second stage of India’s three-stage nuclear programme.
