National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) Chairman Hansraj Gangaram Ahir said the Kerala government has been asked to respond within 15 days to allegations that Other-Backward-Classes (OBC) reservations are being granted on the basis of religion rather than social-economic criteria.
