2. DRAP & UiWIN Launched:- The Indian government launched the Dumpsite Remediation Accelerator Programme (DRAP) and Urban Investment Window (UiWIN). These aim to clean up 214 major legacy landfills across urban local bodies and mobilise investment for sustainable urban infrastructure by September–October 2026.
