1. PM Modi Promotes ‘Your Money, Your Right’ Movement. Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged citizens to join the ‘Your Money, Your Right’ initiative to reclaim unclaimed deposits, insurance proceeds, dividends, and other financial assets. The campaign aims to convert forgotten financial assets into new opportunities and strengthen financial inclusion.

 

2. ADB Raises India’s Growth Forecast to 7.2%. The Asian Development Bank raised India’s GDP growth forecast for FY 2025–26 to 7.2% from 6.5%. The upward revision reflects strong domestic demand, public investment, and improving macroeconomic stability.

 

3. India Introduces Its First Hydrogen-Powered Train. India achieved a major green mobility milestone with the launch of its first hydrogen-powered train. Developed indigenously, the train marks a significant step toward clean energy adoption and sustainable rail transport under Indian Railways.
