3.Kerala’s Milestone as India’s First Digitally Literate State :- Kerala achieves India’s first fully digital literacy. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan announces this milestone. It completes Phase I of Digi Kerala project. The project trains 99.98% of households successfully. Volunteers train over 60 lakh people in 18 months. Phase II will focus on cybercrime prevention. 6. Satish Marathe’s NABARD Appointment Boosts Rural Finance :-The Ministry of Finance appointed Satish Marathe to NABARD’s Board. His term lasts three years. Marathe co-founded Sahakar Bharati in 1979. He directs RBI’s Central Board now. Born in 1950, he earned commerce and law degrees.Marathe led cooperative banks like United Western Bank. NABARD finances agriculture and rural development.This appointment will strengthen cooperative sector policies.
