1. PM Modi Asks Bullet-Train Team to Document Learnings in a “Blue Book”. Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the under-construction Bullet Train Station in Surat and urged engineers to compile a “Blue Book” documenting all challenges, solutions and innovations. He said such documentation will guide future mega-projects and support student learning.

 

2. ISRO Confirms Seven Launches & Chandrayaan-4 Approval. ISRO Chief V. Narayanan announced that seven more missions are lined up this financial year. The government cleared the Chandrayaan-4 lunar sample-return mission, set to be India’s most complex moon operation. India’s first human spaceflight remains scheduled for 2027.

 

3. Amit Shah to Chair 32nd Northern Zonal Council Meeting. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will preside over the 32nd Northern Zonal Council Meeting in Faridabad. Senior officials of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi, J&K, Ladakh and Chandigarh will deliberate on regional security, border management and inter-state coordination.
